CFL became the City of Philadelphia Office of Adult Education’s fourth myPLACE℠ campus in February 2016, which means it is a one-stop shop for adult education and career preparation.

CFL partners with the Free Library of Philadelphia, offering ESL classes and tutoring at Free Library sites.

CFL is a collaborating partner with Project Literacy, a global campaign to bring the power of words to the world, by building partnerships and driving action.

CFL is also an active member of the Philadelphia Adult Literacy Alliance, and a trusted partner to the Philadelphia Prison System, Mayor’s Office of Reentry, Philadelphia Reentry Coalition, Philadelphia Works, PA CareerLink, Philadelphia Youth Network, and many others.
